2025 Leanganook Chardonnay Chardonnay where healthy yeast were encouragedDash Farms Vineyard, Faraday, Bendigo G. I A lovely clean and textural white from the mountain granite. Clear pale golden hue. A reductive, mineral nose smells like wet clay, subtle lilies, very slightly flinty. Nice flow on the palate; sweet lemon, Granny Smith and Pink Lady apple juice, little oranges and nectarine on the palate. Lovely and light, with persistent but balanced acidity. Subtle minerality, very moreish length, and finishing very dry.
