Edouard Duval Saignée d’Eulalie Brut White showcasing a rich medley ofSaigne d'Eulalie is a bleeding ros made from a drastic selection of Pinot Noir grapes from the oldest vines of our estate. The bunches are sorted in the vineyard, on a sorting table before destemming and put in maceration tanks. We rack the wine in order to keep freshness, fruitiness and elegance in the flavors and color.
