The Customer will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BXTRA (including its officers, employees, agents, contractors, representatives, suppliers, subsidiaries, parents, and affiliated companies) from a claim by any of the Customer's customers or users, or any other third party, arising out of or related to the Customer's use of, misuse of, or failure to use the Service, including without limitation: If BXTRA management decide for any reason that a store is not a good representation of the service it will be removed from the BXTRA Map with a view to cancel the agreement between BXTRA and the store
