De novo assembly of Illumina reads, combined with guided assemblies using PacBio sequences, was applied for a final assembly yielding the human SFB genome sequence of Human-SFB-ML-1 in 13 contigs and Human-SFB-ML-2 in 11 contigs (Supplementary Table 1b)
