Though they sell some of their harvest to ngociants, which is common in their region, they keep the best for their own wines. This cuve comes from vineyards in the locale where Alain and Sylvaine first began to grow grapes: the village of La Roche Vineuse. They dont rush its production, letting the wine ferment with indigenous yeasts and age on the
