The seats in this model of Cooper were very distinctive with Black leather seat toppings with the Black lightning cloth material in the centres

all seat colours had white piping except for light tan-nobody has ever been able to explain why

but with the addition of a fixed high back style headrest with the reclining seat

In 1976 Mini trim was standardised and all models including the Saloon

This finish is achieved by applying a special adhesive to the inside of the box and then an electrostatic charge is applied to the box which in turn adheres the nylon flock to the inner surface

These foams were used exclusively on Minis built between 1985 and 1992 before the introduction of moulded seat foams. The foam is much more shaped than earlier foams and provides more support and comfort. Please note these are sold individually.
