LR017315 - Turbocharger – Td5 C-Side Step Mat It draws diesel from theTurbocharger for the Td5 2. 5L 5 cylinder turbo diesel engine. The turbocharger draws energy from the exhaust gas stream to drive a compressor wheel, forcing pressurised intake air into the engine to raise volumetric efficiency and power output over a naturally aspirated equivalent. It mounts at the exhaust manifold and feeds boosted air through the intercooler to the inlet. This is the Garrett unit specified for the Td5 engine.
