The different varieties are destemmed and crushed, and macerated on the skins for 8 10 hours to give our wine its attractive pink hue and lend structure to its fresh fruit character. The varieties were co fermented in stainless steel tanks and bottled to retain its vibrant aromatics. Tasting Note A bright, well
