Here are a few of my favorite salad dressings: Honey mustard vinaigrette Apricot vinaigrette dressing Lemon basil vinaigrette Catalina dressing (similar to French dressing) Parmesan peppercorn dressing Poppy seed dressing Avocado lime dressing Ranch dressing (reduced fat, but not reduced flavor) Raspberry vinaigrette (with fresh raspberries) White Wine Vinaigrette from votes Ingredients 2 tablespoons finely chopped shallots cup white wine vinegar (NOT plain white vinegar) cup extra virgin olive oil 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons agave, honey, granulated sugar, or maple syrup teaspoon kosher salt teaspoon coarse ground black pepper Instructions In a small bowl, combine shallots and vinegar and let set for 15 minutes
